CARTER COUNTY, Ky. — A Kentucky woman has been arrested after using an axe to attack a man and then break into a Carter County EMS station on Nov. 24.

Kellie Boggs from Grayson, Kentucky, is charged with assault and criminal mischief after using an axe to shatter a glass door at the EMS station and entering while EMS personnel were sleeping,  r±ð±è´Ç°ù³Ù±ð»å.

The man Boggs attacked was found in a ditch behind the station with serious injuries to his face.

 reported that EMTs held Boggs at gunpoint until police arrived.

Boggs is being held in the Carter County Detention Center.
